Are you living with repair projects that require a skilled professional?
Projects can include roofs and gutters; steps, ramps, porches, decks, and retaining walls; exterior painting; siding and door repair; walkways and driveways; landscaping; brush and junk removal; and miscellaneous interior work on a case-by-case basis.
There are a few guidelines
• Your property must be located in Thomas County.
• Eligible properties include single-family detached homes or manufactured
mobile homes affixed to a permanent location. Sorry, townhomes, condos and multi-residences are ineligible at this time.
• You cannot be in danger of foreclosure by way of mortgage delinquencies,
property liens or have property taxes more than 1 year delinquent.
• You cannot own any additional residential property.
